Rule 34
Contract to be entered into
: (1) The member organization shall enter into an agreement with the fund in accordance with schedule-10 in order to secure the loan provided by it.
(2) If the member organizations are merged with each other according to the prevailing law, if the name of the organization is changed after such merger, then the organization shall enter into an agreement with the fund in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) If the member organizations merge with each other according to the existing law, the new organization established after the merger shall deposit the additional debt established after the merger with the fund in accordance with this regulation within thirty-five days.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, the fund shall not enter into a loan protection agreement in accordance with this rule with banks and financial institutions that have been declared problematic by Nepal Rastra Bank or have not maintained the capital fund specified by that bank.
